About SaaSCalc

SaaSCalc turns common operating questions into transparent, editable calculations.

For founders and operators

SaaSCalc helps teams reason about pricing, growth, retention, cash and unit economics before committing to a plan.

Editorial ownership and corrections

SaaSCalc is maintained by an independent editorial and engineering team responsible for metric definitions, calculator logic, source selection and corrections. Tools display a review date, practical mistakes and a decision checklist so readers can judge when their own contract or accounting policy needs to override an example.

Reproducible reports are prioritized. Confirmed formula or guidance corrections are tested before publication and receive a new review date when they materially change the result.

How it is funded

The site may display advertising. Ads do not alter formulas or results and are kept separate from calculator controls.

Advertisers and software providers cannot pay for a preferred definition, default or ranking and do not approve editorial content in advance. Revenue supports hosting, testing and maintenance while correction decisions remain independent.
